Formed 1987. Probably the best rock band to continue the tradition of Russian surrealism. NOM's music is a fascinating combination of traditional Russian melodies, rock, pop, progressive rock and even opera.

F.M. was formed in a remote 1996 in Moscow. Initially there were several translations of the name, such as Figly-Migly (an abra-carabra thing), but soon it stopped having any meaning at all. Ridiculous to deny that the style of the band was influenced by such monsters of Russian grotesque as N.O.M. and Zvuki Mu. Yet, the band still has it distinct sound of brutal sonic and anarchy, melodic minimalism and lyrical shock. For 7 years of its existence the band recorded three albums: 'Very Big Ass (1997)', 'Grannies and Pussies' (2000) and 'Above the Rainbow' (2002). After its dissolution all members of the band formed another formation of radical industrial - Inquisitorium and the leader of the band - an artist and a prominent prophet of Russian social surrealism Viktor Puzo stars in a an exotic gothic-chanson project Prohor and Puzo. The band made it last burp in a joint gig with N.O.M. in Orlandina in 2003, after which the entire line-up continued working in a new project Inquisitorium.
